Thanks for the comment. By the way, you probably are tensing your shoulders for some reason that&#039;s built into your subconscious. Possibly from any other training you&#039;ve received, where it just became a natural habit. Just focus on trying to figure out &quot;when&quot; your shoulders suddenly go from relaxed to tense, so that you can correct it as fast as possible. I&#039;m sure you&#039;ll figure out soon enough how to relax them more. :)</description>

		<description>I recently started taking Tai Chi in addition to Okinawa Kenpo.  I am holding stress/tension in my shoulders and it is apparent during Tai Chi.  I need to pay closer attention and figure out how to relax my shoulders.  Thanks for the tip.</description>
