First Music Video

This is my first “music video”. I’ve been curious as to how hard it is to make one of these for quite some time, so I finally decided to give it a shot. The song is Shut Me Up by Mindless Self Indulgence and the footage is all taken from the movie Ip Man(2008). It didn’t turn out great, but oh well. There is a first time for everything.
Tiger WHAT?

Most of you can guess what I’m talking about. I’m talking about Tiger Balm and I must say, that stuff is fantastic. About 3-4 days ago I seriously hurt my left arm by simply working out real quick one time when I had a bit of time, but didn’t spend any time warming up(very stupid move on my part). Anyways, I couldn’t even straighten my left arm out(just by using my muscles), but I could straighten it out by putting my arm down on the table and using my right arm to help stretch it. Over the course of those few days, my arm continued to give me trouble and I was starting to think it might take quite a while to heal.
Tuesday Tips: Generate Motivation

All of us need a reason, or rather motivation, to do anything. Even if it’s something we enjoy, the reason we do it is because we enjoy doing it, thus that is our reason. Motivation can be a hard thing to keep consistent though.

Arnold Sports Festival – 2009

I recently attended the Arnold Sports Festival in Columbus, Ohio. I was only able to make it up one of the three days that it was going on for, but I still had a blast. I ended up taking some photo’s while I was there. I’m not too great of a camera man and I also just bought that camera so I haven’t figured out the best settings it should be on. Plus, a lot of the photos I took were from afar, so don’t expect anything too great. Below are some samples though. You can go to my Flickr set to find the rest though.
